Samm Levine got his first taste of the spotlight when, at age 12, he emceed his sixth-grade talent show. Performing stand-up at his bar mitzvah the following year, the aspiring jokester was soon being dropped off by his mother for performances at such Big Apple comedy staples as Caroline's, Stand-Up New York, and the Gotham Comedy Club. His praise in television work began with his performance as a young member of the "geek" half of television's "Freaks and Geeks" (1999).Though the show was canceled after a short run, episodes gained a devoted following thanks to repeat airings on the FOX Family Channel. Samm later re-joined "Freaks and Geeks" (1999) creator Judd Apatow for his next small-screen endeavor, the widely praised "Undeclared" (2001). That same year, Samm made his feature debut in the teen spoof Not Another Teen Movie (2001).Samm Levine has appeared in over 30 different television shows and numerous films. On August 15, 2008, it was announced that Samm was going to be a Basterd in the upcoming Quentin Tarantino World War II epic, Inglourious Basterds (2009). Following the acclaimed Tarantino picture, Samm joined two diverse office comedies, IFC's Made for Each Other (2009) with Danny Masterson & Christopher Masterson and Drones (2010). Samm can be seen in the upcoming film Columbus Circle (2010) and three different web series, "Vamped Out" (2010) by Kevin Pollak and Jason Antoon which can be seen on Babelgum.com, the weekly "Kevin Pollak's Chat Show" (2009), and the upcoming "Held Up" with the Sklar Brothers (Jason Sklar & Randy Sklar)which will be on Crackle.com at the end of the summer 2010.
